Trust & Partnership

We value clear communication, discretion and dependable follow through, with the aim of building long term relationships rather than simply filling individual roles.

My Story

My career hasn't followed a straight line, and looking back, I wouldn't have wanted it to.

I started my professional life in banking HR, eventually leading HR for the bank's North region. After four years, I made the decision to step away from work to focus on raising my family. What I didn't know then was that it would be fourteen years before I returned to professional life.

Those years weren't without their own adventures. Somewhere along the way, I discovered archery, became a competitive athlete and had the privilege of representing Islamabad at Pakistan's National Games.

Fourteen years later, an unexpected phone call changed the direction of my career again. A CEO I knew had recently started a recruitment agency and asked if I would join her in building it from the ground up. It was during Covid; she was in Karachi, I was in Islamabad, and there were just two of us.

I threw myself into it. I learned new technologies and tools, spoke with people doing fascinating work, and discovered that I genuinely loved understanding people's careers, what they had built, the challenges they had faced and what they wanted to do next. Within eighteen months, I had received two promotions and was leading a small recruitment team as Talent Acquisition Manager.

What I came to value most, and still do, is what happens after the right connection is made. Hearing from a candidate that an opportunity has moved their career forward, or from a client that their new team member is exactly what they had hoped for, and sometimes even more, genuinely makes my day.

I would love to see every good candidate find the right opportunity. Of course, recruitment doesn't work quite that perfectly, but it's a goal I continue to work towards, one connection at a time.

As my career progressed, I reached a point where I wanted greater independence over how I structured my professional life. Building something of my own meant I could continue doing work I genuinely enjoyed while creating that freedom.

That became Talent Bridge.

A little beyond work...

I'm endlessly curious and usually want to know the why and how behind things. I love creative hobbies, the kind that can make me completely lose track of time, and I'm happiest when life includes a little adventure. So far, that's included competitive archery, shooting, parasailing and bungee jumping, with hot-air ballooning and skydiving still on the list.
